The ultimate aim for working parents?

If I was given a pound every time I hear the words 'I'm looking for a term time only role' when registering new candidates with Flexperience, then I think I would probably be writing this blog on a Thai beach with a very large cocktail in my hand. Almost everyone I speak to quickly follows these 8 words with an 'impossible' and I always share their frustration with them. As we know just how rare these roles really are. And who wouldn't want to work during the school term only? You keep yourself busy whilst the kids are at school safe in the knowledge that you can spend every minute of the school holidays with them whilst also avoiding the high cost and sheer stress of organising childcare during the school break. I would dearly love to be advertising more term time only roles, nothing would bring me greater pleasure when it comes to Flexperience than finding more employers who can accommodate term time only working so I couldn't help but do a little dance around the office when we were contacted by Broadlands Pre-School in Cheltenham asking them to advertise their part time pre-school assistant role on their behalf.
