Part time Credit Controller/ Account Technician-Central Cheltenham- (ref 11/12)

4 days a week or compressed hours across 5 days.

An absolutely wonderful local employer offering a fab work environment and mega benefits.

You will use your background in credit control to provide a great service to the wider team. Duties vary but include reconciliation of accounts, document creation and data entry.

Whilst experience in a credit control role is a pre-requisite, attitude and work ethic as well as having and radiating a positive outlook is just as important.

Part time Insurance Administrator- Central Cheltenham- (ref 11/13)

4 days a week or compressed hours across 5 days

Do you or does someone you know have experience of working in the insurance industry?

Our brilliant client, a global specialist insurance broker is looking for an experienced data administrator to join them on a part time basis.

You will be skilled in data entry, have brilliant attention to detail, thrive in providing exceptional customer service and be either Cert CII qualified or be studying towards the qualifications.

Part time office Administrator- Cheltenham- (ref 11/14)

One days a week (ideally a Friday) or may consider splitting the day

A lovely local business operating in the financial services sector is looking for a skilled and experienced office administrator to join their team and provide them with the support they need to meet a growing demand in their services. You will be comfortable offering 5 star customer service over the phone and via email and will be super efficient at all areas of office administration.

Architectural Technician- Part time and remote (ref 11/15)

2 days a week- flexible salary

We are delighted to be helping an exciting start-up architectural practice based in Gloucestershire to find an architectural technician to join them on a part time and remote basis.

They are rapidly growing with ambitious plans and need someone to help them to relieve the intense workload. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using AutoCAD and carrying out planning applications.

Membership Experience Assistant- Cheltenham (ref 11/16)

6-10 hours a week- freelance

There's a brand new start-up in town- it's a membership club providing fitness for mum and fun for babies and their classes launch in January 2020.

They have asked us to help them find a lovely, warm, bubbly and really approachable person to join them as an MEA- you will attend the classes (across three mornings a week), helping with the set up of the classes, welcoming mums and being a point of contact. You will also spend a few hours a week promoting the group and classes around the local area. No experience needed- you just need to be able to commit to up to 10 hours a week on a self-employed basis, be a people person with a positive outlook.

My Town Rocks- Sales Executive- remote (ref 11/17)

6 hours a week- freelance

The My Town Rocks network of websites is the go-to for parents like us looking for ideas of what's on in the local area to entertain the children. They are growing and are looking for someone who has the confidence and shines when having conversations with businesses and organisations looking to target families. You will have a great knowledge of the local area and be happy to pick the phone up as well as providing great account management to existing customers.
