They want to disrupt the misconception that part time staff represent a lack of commitment- on the contrary, our professionals will work efficiently to deliver what they need to in the time that they are at work.

We make promises to our clients that we always keep. We meet with every professional so that we are able to match them to clients base on their transferrable skills, attributes and behaviours and not just their work experience that is set out in their CV. We also recruit using referrals and word of mouth from within our network of very talented professionals. All too often, recruiters repeat job adverts and post them on the well known job sites- it's common to see the same role being advertised by multiple agencies at the same time and we simply don't agree in this form of recruitment. We don't believe in charging extortionate fees and we will always behave with integrity and honesty. Just as we believe in flexibility when it comes to working, we also believe in offering a flexible approach to recruiting and we will work with our clients to their ways and models to achieve the best result.
