Rural Housing Enabler, Gloucester and around the county, 35 hours a week, up to £35,000 FTE.

Have you had some exposure to affordable housing. Would you like to work for a charity that advocates ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to live sustainably in Gloucestershire? They are looking for someone who is a people person, someone who can capture hearts and minds, can communicate with everyone from local councils to residents and lots of stakeholders in between. This is a full time role (35 hours) but the nature of the work means that sometimes you will need to attend meetings in the evening and so can have time of in lieu.

Marketing Executive, Tewkesbury, 18 to 24 hours a week, around £15 per hour

Flexperience is delighted to be supporting an up and coming business located in Tewkesbury to find someone to help them with all aspects of their marketing and social media.

It is really important that you have current understanding of how to promote a business via social media and a variety of marketing techniques. You will be able to understand where the business is right now and suggest ways to communicate with target clients. You will be a flawless communicator, someone who can write engaging copy to tell our company's story and reach out to our target market. You will understand the changes in social media trends and will be able to choose the relevant platform to reach out with the right content.

Practice Manager, Cheltenham and Bicester, 20 hours a week, £25,000 FTE.

This is a multi-faceted and extremely varied role working closely with the owner and company director, in a small and friendly physiotherapy clinic, with sites in both Bicester and Cheltenham. The physios here really know their stuff, we can personally vouch that they perform miracles.

As practice manager you will be managing the day-to-day business operations of a dual site physiotherapy clinic. Your duties will, but are not limited to;
* Ensuring the practice provides reliable customer service across all platforms
* Some accounting and financial responsibilities
* Marketing and social media management
* Enforcing industry and health and safety regulations
* Overseeing staff management, recruitment and training
* Supervising all staff in the practice to include the following:

Please note the salary listed is the full time equivalent and will need to be pro-rated. There will also be a requirement to spend one day of the week in the Bicester clinic.

Accounts Assistant, up to £25k FTE, 15-40 hours, Gloucester city centre

Flexperience is delighted to be supporting a thriving accountancy practice that is undergoing a huge period of growth to help them find an Accounts Assistant/ Accountant to join them on either a part time or full time basis. The owner of the practice puts the wellbeing of their staff at the heart of everything they do and the culture of the business is brilliant.

They are looking to recruit an experienced accounts professional to join them- they are happy to discuss a variety of hours and work patterns for the right candidate.

It's really important that you have previous practice experience. The role will be varied with lots of support from the team. Roles and responsibilities will include:

Accounts preparation for a number of clients including sole trader and limited companies.
Management accounts.
VAT returns.
Confident dealing with accruals and depreciation.

You will ideally have worked with Xero and Quickbooks although training will be provided for the right candidate.

If you're familiar with FRS 102 then this is a massive plus!

Part time or Full time Accounts Assistant, Hybrid, variety of hours, around £25,000 FTE

Flexperience is delighted to be partnering with a thriving accountancy practice based around 5 minutes outside of Gloucester to help them find an Accounts Assistant/ Junior Accountant to join them.

Ideally you will be AAT Level 3 qualified but they are happy to consider candidates with practical experience instead. Ideally you will also have experience of CIS as this is the majority of the work done for clients.

It will be a varied role but responsibilities will include:

Preparing VAT returns
Reviewing book-keeping and VAT returns prepared by junior members of the team
Preparing managements accounts
Dealing with client queries
Accounts preparation for corporate and sole trader clients
CIS submissions and possibly some payroll if you are interested/have experience in this.
Some phone answering and admin tasks as we are a small office so all pitch in.

The accountancy practice is based about 5 minutes from central Gloucester but the public transport isn’t great so you will need to drive and don't worry, they have lots of free onsite parking though. They are a relaxed and friendly office – no formal dress, pizza lunches, occasional wine deliveries and social events to enjoy.
