PA to the Managing Director, Nr Stroud and hybrid, 15 + hours a week, £20,000 to £25,000 FTE.
One of our long term clients has asked us to find them an experienced, super efficient and dynamic personal assistant for their extremely hard working and very busy Managing Director. This role is very much needed as the MD's workload continues to grow so we would love to speak to someone who has held a previous role as a PA/EA/VA to a senior business owner and who would now like to work part time with a mix of home and office working.
As this is a new role, it will certainly be evolving but we need a decision maker, someone who is able to work using their own initiative with little supervision but who would also like to be an integral part of a small team. Some of your duties will include:
Responding to emails
Booking travel and hotels
You will need to be someone who is adaptable, able to manage upwards and who doesn't mind having a solid job description to start with as this role is new and needs to develop. You will be the kind of team player who will thrive making the role your own.
Knowing the MD as we do, we can imagine that the more you show what you can do, the more work will become available so although the hours may be relatively low at the moment, they are bound to increase as the role becomes more defined.
