Part time Credit Controller, 18-21 hours a week, Cheltenham, up to £22,000 FTE

This highly reputable company within the financial services industry in Cheltenham, to help them find an experienced and committed Credit Controller to join them on a part time basis.


Based in great offices in Cheltenham, our client has an exceptional culture and shared values and this is an exciting time to join them in their success story.


This role will provide credit control administration support to a team within the business. You will have proven credit control/ account technician experience and enjoy managing your own workload with the support of your manager and team behind you. You'll be a detail person and pride yourself on your attention to detail. You will be reconciling accounts and generating statements and due to the nature of the business, will be comfortable working to tight deadlines at times. You will ideally have a good understanding of the insurance industry.


All employees are currently working remotely until June and then the company wishes to introduce a smart way of working which will enable the team to enjoy a mix of office and remote working.


This role is a part time position and the company is open to exploring a variety of working patterns. Please note that the salary listed is the FTE and will need to be pro rated based on your work hours.

Part time Operations Manager- 21 hours a week, £30,000 to £35,000 Stonehouse and remote working

 

This wonderful company was established last year and they are growing at an unbelievable rate. Their directors are parents and totally get the need for balance and that's just one of the reasons we are thrilled to be partnering with them to help them find an experienced and talented Operations Manager to join their team.

You will ultimately be responsible for developing and implementing sales and operational processes and policies. The role is varied, you will submerse yourself in everything from finance systems, managing relationships, developing processes, putting systems in place and designing communication plans. If you have a background in project management, sales operations, business operations, setting up systems and designing or developing processes.

Ideally you will have experience of a variety of CRM systems as well as Xero. You will thrive working in client facing environments and be confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders. Your communication skills are second to none and you pride yourself in delivering to budgets and on time.

 

The business owners are happy to discuss a variety of work patterns to suit the right candidate and the needs of the business and is also happy to support a 50/50 split between office and home working.

 

Please note that the salary listed is the FTE and will need to be pro-rated based on the contracted hours.

Part time marketing and social media executive - approx. 24-30 hours a week, Tewkesbury. £12-£15 per hour

We have been working with this amazing practice in Tewkesbury for a good couple of years and we know how quickly they are growing and how well they are respected by their clients.

 

Their workload continues to grow and so they need a qualified book-keeper to join them on a full-time basis at their offices near Tewkesbury. You will be preparing accounts up to VAT return level.
